Consumer survey 2018

The 2018 survey focussed on consumers’ experiences of homelessness and on the impact of a lack of housing.  As State and Federal elections were occurring in 2018/19 we asked consumers what they would like us to tell the Premier and Prime Minister on their behalf.

We also asked what they thought was needed to address homelessness.

Below is the report of, and powerpoint for, the 2018 Consumer Forum.  The Forum brought tpeople with lived experience of homelessness and homelessness workers together to review the 2018 survey in order to make recommendations to the Northern and Western Homelessness Networks about actions to take in response to survey feedback.
