2011 2016 Data
27 Homelessness Support Workers lead the 2021 ABS homelessness count in the Northern Metropolitan Region. The data will be released in 2023 . The COVID overlay was challenging and data when released will require caveats.

Rough Sleeping
Rough Sleeping is a policy failure not an intractable social problem
Throughout the pandemic government funded a higher standard of accommodation to keep people experiencing homelessness safe from harm, so we know it can be done . We can assist rough sleepers but the additional resources have ceased and we have had to revert to pre COVID options.
