Accessing the homelessness service system in Melbourne's West

Homelessness services in Melbourne's west are accessed through one of two 'access points':  Unison (covering Melbourne, Wyndham, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley and Hobsons Bay) and the Salvation Army Western Metro Homelessness Service (Brimbank and Melton).  You can find more information about navigating the homelessness system here.
