Access to most homelessness resources in Melbourne's north and west is coordinated by access point services. Anyone seeking homelessness assistance will initially present to/call one of the access point services for an appointment/interview.

There are 5 specific Access Point Services in the North and West regions as well as 2 Statewide Access Point services for young people (Frontyard) and women (Women's Housing Ltd).

This call is free from landlines and from most mobiles (not from some of the smaller mobile providers).
